We are seeking a creative and data-driven Paid Media Manager to develop, implement, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta advertising, LinkedIn, and TikTok. What you’ll do:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with clients’ goals and target audiences.
    • Create and manage ad campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, and ad creative.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
    • Optimize campaigns to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPA, and ROI.
    • Conduct A/B testing to refine targeting, creatives, and ad placements.
  • Content Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the paid media team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.
    • Ensure all content adheres to the brand guidelines of our clients and platform policies.
  • Client Communication:
    • Prepare detailed reports and insights on campaign performance.
    • Provide recommendations to clients for improving paid strategies.
    • Conduct weekly, bi-weekly or monthly meetings with your client to discuss reporting and recommendations 
  • Trend Analysis:
    • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid advertising.
    • Identify new opportunities to leverage emerging platforms and ad formats.

Qualifications: 

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns in an agency or in-house setting.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta advertising, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Project Management experience a plus to collaborate with client teams, internal teams and 3rd party vendors 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Attributes:
    • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and messaging.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
    • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with multiple clients and deadlines.
