We are seeking a creative and data-driven Paid Media Manager to develop, implement, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta advertising, LinkedIn, and TikTok. What you’ll do:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with clients’ goals and target audiences.
- Create and manage ad campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, and ad creative.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Optimize campaigns to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPA, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine targeting, creatives, and ad placements.
- Content Collaboration:
- Work closely with the paid media team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.
- Ensure all content adheres to the brand guidelines of our clients and platform policies.
- Client Communication:
- Prepare detailed reports and insights on campaign performance.
- Provide recommendations to clients for improving paid strategies.
- Conduct weekly, bi-weekly or monthly meetings with your client to discuss reporting and recommendations
- Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid advertising.
- Identify new opportunities to leverage emerging platforms and ad formats.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns in an agency or in-house setting.
- Skills:
- Proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta advertising, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Project Management experience a plus to collaborate with client teams, internal teams and 3rd party vendors
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.

- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and messaging.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with multiple clients and deadlines.
