These Data Security Policies outline Razor Rank’s commitment to protecting client data while utilizing the Full-Circle Attribution™ (FCA) platform. By using the FCA platform, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms, ensuring data security, privacy, and compliance with industry standards.

2. Data Collection & Usage

  • Razor Rank collects data through the FCA platform to optimize advertising performance.
  • Data includes, but is not limited to, advertising signals, conversions, anonymized CRM records, call tracking, and other attribution touchpoints.
  • Collected data is used solely to enhance campaign performance and is not shared or sold to third parties.

3. Data Protection & Security Measures

  • Razor Rank employs industry-standard security protocols, including encryption and secure API integrations, to protect sensitive client data.
  • FCA does not store personally identifiable information (PII) and all data is anonymized where possible.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients is responsible to ensure that their CRM and marketing systems comply with data security best practices when integrating with FCA.
  • Clients agree to inform Razor Rank of any data breaches or vulnerabilities within their own systems that may impact FCA performance.

5. Compliance & Legal Considerations

  • Razor Rank adheres to applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA, where relevant.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with data protection regulations in their respective jurisdictions.

6. Termination & Data Transition

Upon termination, Razor Rank will:

  • Transfer full control of advertising accounts back to the client.
  • Remove Razor Rank’s access from all advertising and CRM platforms.
  • Provide final performance reports upon request.

By using the FCA platform, clients acknowledge and agree to these Data Security Policies. Razor Rank reserves the right to update these terms as necessary to maintain compliance and enhance data security measures.
