Position Overview

Razor Rank is a full service digital agency headquartered in Dallas, Texas. We’re looking for a senior-level paid media manager with experience in all aspects of Google Ads and Paid Social. This position can be in-office, hybrid or remote.

Qualified applicants will own campaign strategy and execution across Google Ads and paid social platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s equally comfortable building campaigns, reading data, and talking to clients about what the numbers mean.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, and others as needed)
  • Set up and maintain analytics infrastructure: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, call tracking, and offline conversion imports
  • Build attribution models that connect ad spend to real outcomes like signed cases, qualified leads, and revenue
  • Own client-facing reporting and communication: present performance, explain what’s working, and recommend next steps
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, and development teams to align paid media with broader client strategy
  • Monitor budgets and pacing across accounts, adjusting bids, targeting, and creative to hit client goals
  • Test ad copy, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve performance
  • Stay current on platform changes, new ad formats, and industry trends that affect how we run campaigns

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with meaningful budget responsibility
  • Proven experience running paid social campaigns on Meta and/or LinkedIn
  • Strong analytics background: comfortable with GA4, GTM, Tag Manager configurations, and conversion tracking setup from scratch
  • Experience with call tracking platforms (CallRail, CTM or similar) and CRM-based attribution
  • Ability to communicate clearly with clients: explain performance, set expectations, and build trust
  • Strong analytical instincts: you dig into data to find what’s working and what’s wasting spend
  • Agency experience required, with familiarity managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • A collaborative mindset: you work well with teammates across departments and contribute to a positive team culture
  • Experience with personal injury law firm advertising and other legal marketing

Additional Requirements

  • Experience with Google’s smart bidding strategies and machine learning optimization
  • Experience with ecommerce paid media (Shopping, feed management, ROAS optimization)
  • Experience with Looker Studio, Data Studio, or similar reporting/dashboard tools
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO principles
