Project Overview

Berlin Law Firm wasn’t looking for a traffic spike. The firm handles Florida workers’ compensation claims and nothing else, and it needed durable case volume and a marketing engine that didn’t depend on ever-larger ad budgets to keep producing. Razor Rank built a full-funnel program around a single organizing idea: Founder Stephen Berlin spent 17 years managing the legal department inside one of Florida’s largest workers’ comp insurance carriers, and that insider perspective is something no competitor can copy. SEO, a rebuilt website, and disciplined paid search ran as one program rather than three line items.

The Results

Signed cases rose roughly 50% in the first full year, then held steady, with the firm's advertising budget remaining flat throughout. As organic search grew to own the firm’s branded demand, paid channels were freed up to chase users who didn’t already know the firm. Branded paid cases fell to zero, and every ad dollar now works on net-new prospects. Case volume climbed in the second half of every year, and the most recent full year posted the firm’s strongest-ever back half. Berlin Law now enjoys a new baseline for success.

Topical Authority Reflects Expertise

Because of Berlin Law Firm's unique industry experience and their strong track record of results, we concentrated efforts on building a holistic content library to serve injured Floridians in English and Spanish. We set out with two goals: gain visibility for our golden term – “Florida Workers’ Compensation Lawyer” – and become the best online resource for Florida’s injured workers. We completed attorney bios, showcased notable case results, and fortified EEAT signals to increase the likelihood of organic conversion.

Organic Search Revenue

We added “Legal Review” boxes with attorney credentials and structured data to every piece of informational content on the website. Attributing a piece to the actual expert validates that person has the credentials necessary to give an expert opinion or interpretation, which is especially important to so-called "Your Money or Your Life" industries such as law, medicine, and finance. Content attribution strengthens authority signals and builds trust with search engines and potential clients. Real photos of the firm's attorneys proved much more compelling than stock images.

Multi-Pronged Local SEO

Local SEO takes time and dedicated effort. ChatGPT and other AI agents are actively funneling state-wide queries into the nearest large metro region. With a flagship office in Sarasota and a second location hungry for organic visibility, we began building a hyperlocal silo to boost Tampa terms. By stacking additional informational pages tailored to that metro area, we watched Tampa terms climb over time. We also built links to earn Tampa page authority and contribute to improved local visibility. Simultaneously, Berlin Law adopted an incentive program for capturing Google reviews. This improved review capture velocity and bolstered an already impressive aggregate star rating.

Strengthened Technical SEO

In 2025, we rebuilt Berlin Law Firm’s website, which gave us the opportunity to evaluate URL structures, improve schema markup, and ultimately make it easier to roll out sitewide changes such as the Legal Review blocks. While existing legal clients may have appreciated the homegrown feel of the old site, the improved usability and crawlability freshened user experience and dramatically increased organic search visibility. At the same time, we also added a Spanish-language silo and ensured its indexability to improve targeting to Florida's large Spanish-speaking populations.
